QCT QS (QCT SAS) storage mezz card provides a higher level of storage performance with the LSI® SAS 2208 RAID-on-chip (ROC) controller, incorporating an 800 MHz, dual-core processor. The ROC features a DDR3 memory interface and can integrate with both a battery for data as well as onboard DDR3 cache. From RAID 0 to 60, the QS2208 mezz card meets the data protection levels demanded by mainstream storage applications while leaving lots of capacity for future scaling.
