Why the Inlet Temperature values are different between QSM’s UI and BMC’s Web UI on some QCT server systems? |

This is a known issue on sensor naming. |

QSM’s UI displays the value of “Inlet Temperature” which is from Intel Node Manager. But by design, BMC FW feeds the lowest temperature value into Intel Node Manager to be “Inlet Temperature” value. |

However in BMC Web UI, the sensor name of the lowest temperature might be “Inlet_Temp” or “Ambient_Temp”. This might cause the different sensor name between QSM and BMC Web UI. |

This is only sensor naming issue. The value of lowest temperature is correct and the same between QSM and BMC Web UI. |
