2U 4-Node Server Featuring Highest Compute Density QuantaPlex T41S-2U is an ultra-dense design equipped with four independent nodes. It creates the flexibility to set up different workloads independently in one 2U shared infrastructure, providing optimal data center performance per dollar.

Latest Generation Platform with DDR4 Technology QuantaPlex T41S-2U operates with the latest Intel® E5-2600 v3, v4 product family and the newest DDR4 memory technology. It provides maximum 18-core count CPU with enhanced QPI bandwidth to 9.6GT/s, a 20 percent improvement from the previous generation. With up to 1024 GB memory capacity, the system performance has a Linpack score up to 80 percent increase and is optimized to run the most demanding of applications. Space and Energy Efficiency QuantaPlex T41S-2U provides a 2U four-node system with sufficient IO expansion for storage and networking increases. With shared infrastructure, like cooling and power supply, the total cost of ownership (TCO) is lower than four regular 1U servers. The QuantaPlex T41S-2U is a great solution for increasing the number of servers per square foot in a limited space. Various OCP Network Options QCT uses the modularized design concept to optimize system interoperability, flexibility and serviceability. QCT’s flexible network mezzanine cards are designed to fit into every QCT server/storage system to reduce the complexity and uncertainty of the system availability options. |

Installation / Setup Tips (12)
- 1. Stop Error 0x1A in the nt!MiUpdateWsle function in Windows 8.1 or Windows Server 2012 R2.
- 2. Installing Oracle Linux 7 will generate the failure message : Failed to insert module 'autofs4'.
- 3. If user has run into an issue when setting up the bios that causes a no boot screen.
- 4. Please read the readme file before attempting upgrade BIOS/BMC.
- 5. RHEL 6.3 uEFI combined with tboot is not supported.
- 6. RHEL 7 can't install guest OS from CD/DVD-ROM.
- 7. RHEL 7.2 becomes black screen and "PECI over DMI interface error" logged in the BMC from boot splash to login screen.
- 8. Setting resolution by hot key ''CTRL'' + ''ALT'' + ''+'' or ''-'' doesn't work in RHEL7.
- 9. System doesn't shut down when doing graceful shutdown function via QSM.
- 10. The HDD Connector Ports Are Reversed in QS3108 Option ROM
